Salary: £23,000 + Commission OTE £28k PA
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full time
Location: Swindon
Job Summary
Are you looking for your next sales role where you can take on responsibility and have an exciting challenge?
Day-to-day activities will include your own digital networking, outbound calling, following up on marketing-generated leads, and managing your own sales pipeline.
This is a basic medical service which will allow you to create ongoing relationships. This is a gentle professional sale.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
· Develop new working relationships with care homes to become their supplier of choice
Achieve KPIs and targets
Manage own lead generation activity e.g. networking, LinkedIn etc.
Proactively look for opportunities to improve and maximise the potential of new business
What will I need?
sales experience
· Must be comfortable using the telephone to contact leads
· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to converse with a diverse audience
· Good problem-solving abilities
· Good influencing and negotiation skills
· Desire to drive continual improvement
· Ability to use a range of Microsoft packages to a competent standard
· Prior experience of account management or a sales background desirable
