What are we looking for in a Graduate Recruitment Consultant?

• Previous sales experience, preferably phone or field-based sales, (Desirable but not essential)
• Passionate about driving sales, hitting targets and hungry to succeed
• Ability to build great relationships Driven, ambitious and resilient
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ambition to learn a new industry
