Job Description:

An exceptional opportunity for a well-spoken, well presented and diligent Property Manager to join a market leading, multi office independent agent within their office in York.

My clients have a fantastic reputation and are looking for a Property Manger who wants to be a part of an award winning company and progress their career.

Property Manager – Benefits

£22,500 - £25,000 basic depending on experience

20 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising with each year of service

Circa £28k basic plus £300pcm Car Allowance

Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Potential of p/t role for the right candidate

Property Manager – Duties

Dealing with maintenance.

Doing mid term inspections.

Organising contractors.

Dealing with maintenance.

Ensuring compliance.

Dealing with deposit disputes.

Organising works when required.

Organising tenancy paperwork.

Getting involved in serving section notices.

General Property Manager duties.

Property Manager – Experience Needed:

Previous lettings/ property management experience is essential.

Professional written and verbal communication

Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
