Job Title: Engineering Group Leader

Location: West London

Salary: £50 – £53k

Candidate.

• You will have a proven track record of delivering results and contributing to the growth of Food Manufacturers.
• You will have a strong level of experience at management level in a Food Manufacturing environment.
• You will have relevant Engineering qualifications, Level 3 minimum.
• You will have experience in Continuous Improvement projects and be able to demonstrate the results of these projects.
• You will have an engaging, approachable and hands on management style & be able to communicate effectively across all levels.

• leading and implement the core maintenance and compliance agenda for a manufacturing site ensuring visible and sustainable results via a continuous improvement approach
