Technical Process Engineer
West Bromwich
£35,000
Day Shift 07:30am – 16:30pm Monday to Thursday, 07:30am – 12:30pm Fridays
We are looking for a Process Engineer with experience of supporting the integration of new processes, systems and equipment to join us at our automotive manufacturing site in West Bromwich. We supply high quality automotive components to the likes of BMW and Land Rover to name a few.
The successful Process Engineer roles and responsibilities with involve supporting the production processes around the business by increasing the OEE. This role is also a technical position and therefore will involve supporting production.
This particular role would suit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer who is looking to further their career in Engineering.

Skills required
- Basic PLC Knowledge ideally Omron & Mitsubishi
- Experience with basic maintenance and TPM’s on key machinery
- Knowledge of Robot Co2 or spot welding
- NVQ in Electrical Engineering
- NVQ in Mechanical Engineering
Experience required
- Experience of continually improving existing processes to increase productivity
- Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing
- PLC Knowledge on Omron and Mitsubishi systems.
- Knowledge of Vision Systems
