SDET / Software Engineer in Test

We are hiring an SDET on a permanent basis for an ambitious European FinTech business, in the b2b lending sector.

These are fully remote roles and paying €70-75k + benefits including equity options.

Working within a growing Agile team you will help shape the team culture, best practice and test architecture. You will help define testing standards for web, drive their testing infrastructure, and write automation scripts from scratch across both front and backend.

This will suit candidates with a strong grasp of Software Engineering best practices, with the ability to read and write efficient, elegant code.
Required Experience:

• Ability to write automation scripts, not just run already created ones
• Ability to code in either Python, Javascript, Go or Elixir (there will be a coding challenge during interview)
• Selenium WebDriver or Selenium Grid
• Front end Web app and mobile app testing using Cypress
• BDD – Gherkin and Cucumber
• Need CI/CD experience too and used to working in an Agile environment
• Any experience in a broader release environment would be a benefit (Kubernetes, Terraform, GCP).
