Orion are proud to exclusively partner with our engineering client who play a vital part of puzzle when it comes to how some of the pharmaceutical giants produce their products. After continuous growth and demand on their business, they are looking to embed an experienced Project Manager who can take on mulit-discipline, complex CAPEX projects which are valued between £15 - 20 million. 

The Project Manager will have the ability to work from home 1-2 days a week after an initial month in the business getting to grips with this businesses unique approach and processes. You can also expect travel on both a national and international level (up to 25% of a working month) which will be fully expensed by the business. 

As their newly appointed Project Manager you will take the lead on: 

• Translating technical, engineering drawings and then leading the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. 
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress weekly as a minimum

We will be excited to hear from you: 

• Degree / HND / Experience in Engineering or any related subject 
• At least 3 years of relevant experience gained within multi-disciplinary engineering project teams
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting and financial management, including cost estimating, budget tracking, and cost control.
