The Company

This freelance Design Manager Vacancy is with one of the UK’s leading main contractors. They are a diverse organization with activities in most sectors of the built environment. This role is within their interiors division that undertakes a wide range of schemes in the private and public sectors including retail, commercial & education fit-out & refurbishment projects which will vary in value from £500k – £140m. 

The Person

We are looking for a Design Manager who has been working with a top main contractor. You will have experience managing the internal packages on large projects or will have led refurbishment or fit out projects. You will need to be able to lead meetings with external design teams ensuring they are delivering the design on time, within budget & at the desired quality.
