Customer Service Team Leader
Hybrid, Leicester
8AM-4:30PM, Monday to Friday
£27,000 + Bonus

A market leading e-commerce business who have gone through phenomenal growth are now looking to add an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to their team on a full time permanent basis.

If you are a natural influencer of people, someone who flourishes when busy and can manage multiple workloads – this is the role for you.


The Role:
 
  • Liaise with third party suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Manage a team of 8 CSA’s, across the UK and overseas.
  • Assign work to CSA’s daily.
  • Complete 1-2-1 meetings
  • Ensuring SLAs are consistently met.
  • Ability to present and report to the wider business.
  • Manage problem suppliers and problem solve.
  • Liaison with category management
  • Identify ways to automate and improve processes within the team.
  • Support the recruitment within the Customer Service team.
  • Deputise for Customer Service Manager when required.
  • Dealing with escalations and complaints
  • Responsibility for the back office and frontline functions of the business
  • Set KPI’s, manage sickness/absences/disciplinaries when required.

The Candidate:
 
  • Resilient & hands on approach to leading a team.
  • Empathetic whilst maintaining a firm but fair approach.
  • Understanding of supply chain and distribution
  • Experience within Senior Customer Service or a Customer Service Team Leader Role
  • Experience of Salesforce or similar
  • Excellent eye for detail with a structured approach to multitasking
  • Natural ability to lead the team and manage different personalities.
  • A real enthusiasm for all things Customer service
  • Tech savvy with proficiencies in all Microsoft Office/Google programmes
