Hybrid, Leicester
8AM-4:30PM, Monday to Friday
£27,000 + Bonus
A market leading e-commerce business who have gone through phenomenal growth are now looking to add an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to their team on a full time permanent basis.

A market leading e-commerce business who have gone through phenomenal growth are now looking to add an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to their team on a full time permanent basis.

The Role:
- Liaise with third party suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
- Manage a team of 8 CSA’s, across the UK and overseas.
- Assign work to CSA’s daily.
- Complete 1-2-1 meetings
- Ensuring SLAs are consistently met.
- Ability to present and report to the wider business.
- Manage problem suppliers and problem solve.
- Liaison with category management
- Identify ways to automate and improve processes within the team.
- Support the recruitment within the Customer Service team.
- Deputise for Customer Service Manager when required.
- Dealing with escalations and complaints
- Responsibility for the back office and frontline functions of the business
- Set KPI’s, manage sickness/absences/disciplinaries when required.
The Candidate:
- Resilient & hands on approach to leading a team.
- Empathetic whilst maintaining a firm but fair approach.
- Understanding of supply chain and distribution
- Experience within Senior Customer Service or a Customer Service Team Leader Role
- Experience of Salesforce or similar
- Excellent eye for detail with a structured approach to multitasking
- Natural ability to lead the team and manage different personalities.
- A real enthusiasm for all things Customer service
- Tech savvy with proficiencies in all Microsoft Office/Google programmes
