Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Finance & Administration Officer to work in a charitable organisation that works with people with learning difficulties across Greater Manchester.

You will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to the management team which will involve managing the petty cash facility, issuing customer invoices, recording payments and expenses, reconciling bank/credit card statements, and supporting the end-of-year accounts/audit processes. You will be experienced in using QuickBooks or similar accounting packages along with Microsoft Office.

You will also coordinate the recruitment process, maintaining HR/personnel records, and updating Adult Social Care Workforce Dataset records. You will provide general administration support, including answering telephone calls, sorting, and recording incoming/outgoing correspondence, assisting with organising meetings, maintaining office equipment and supplies, and updating our website and social media pages.
