Role Purpose:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced English and Maths Tutor who will deliver inspirational sessions which will support learners who have additional needs or barriers to learning.

As part of a wider skills delivery programme, learners will gain new skills to enhance their opportunities to gaining future meaningful employment. Delivering to both 121 and to groups of learners across Greater Manchester, you will plan, deliver, and assess effective functional skills lessons to maximise learner progress and achievement.

You will have experience teaching Functional Skills and GCSE in challenging environments and possess a teaching qualification. Experience of planning, teaching, and assessment for progress with knowledge of range of approaches to teaching and learning and the resilience, creativity, and flexibility needed to teach students at a high professional standard.

Due to the nature of this role, you will have access to your own vehicle and you will be required to complete an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
