An educational recruitment agency is currently seeking a talented and motivated Music Teacher to join a friendly and dynamic team in Diss, Norfolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring music lessons to students of all ages and abilities. You will have a passion for music and a deep understanding of the importance of music education in the school curriculum. You will be able to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential and foster a love of music in all.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering high-quality music lessons to students of all ages and abilities
• Developing and implementing schemes of work and lesson plans in line with the National Curriculum
• Assessing and monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback to students and parents
• Organising and leading extra-curricular music activities and events
• Collaborating with other members of the music department and the wider school community

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in music or a related field
• Experience teaching music to students of all ages and abilities
• Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
