Trainer / Learning and Development Officer - Food Manufacturing
Location: West London
Salary: c£43,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
We are currently seeking an experienced Trainer / Learning and Development Officer to join our team in a food manufacturing company based in West London. As a Trainer / Learning and Development Officer, you will be responsible for planning and delivering training programs to support the growth and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a variety of training programs to meet the needs of our employees and the company.
- Work collaboratively with management and HR teams to identify training needs and develop effective training plans.
- Deliver training sessions in an engaging and interactive manner to ensure maximum learning and retention.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they are meeting their objectives.
- Continuously improve training materials and delivery methods to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Build strong relationships with employees and management to promote a positive learning and development culture.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a training role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of training techniques and methodologies, including e-learning platforms and blended learning approaches.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
- A passion for continuous learning and development, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to do the same.
- NEBOSH and Advanced Food Safety certificate desirable but not required.
