- Manage the client relationship

- Report on delivery performance and profitability
- Work with clients to understand functional and non-functional requirements
- Manage project teams
- Make sure that projects are delivered to a high standard
- Identify delivery and development process improvement
- Project reporting to clients
- Running workshops and training
- Using various project management methodologies
- Delivering small to large scale digital projects
- Using project management tools eg Jira, Confluence, MS project
- Understanding complex development challenges
