Step teachers are working with a multi-ethnic 2-form-entry school. The school has the capacity to offer roles from the Foundation Stage to Year 6 depending on the ability and preference of the teacher. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in mid-September. The school are willing to support an ECT in their induction.

Role: 

• Strong curricular knowledge

• Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed 

• Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable 

• Ability to assess and report on your students when required 

• Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons 

• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively  

Requirements: 

• Hold QTS or the equivalent of 

• Have recent mainstream school-based experience
