Key information:

• 15000 list size
• £11,500 per session
• Training practice
• 3 hour clinic – 16 patients
• Flexible start times
• Contract based on BMA model
• 4 partners
• Full nursing support – ANP’s, PN’s, HCA’s
• EMIS web
• On call once a week
• Home visits done by paramedic
• 4 – 8 sessions available
• Tier 2 sponsorship offered
• Six weeks annual leave
• Full benefits included – NHS pension, sick pay
