Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Control System Engineer to join our highly motivated team design and development team.

The Control System Engineer will be responsible for:

• Understanding and interpreting customer requirements  
• The invention of novel ideas (concepts) to meet customer requirements
• Critical appraisal of yours and others designs within the design team
• Support of technicians in the assembly and testing of your designs
• PLC software design in Siemens TIA Portal
• Work from documentation to create cables, build electrical units, build and test PC systems

A successful Control System Engineer will need:

• You'll hold an HND/Degree in a relevant engineering discipline  
• Have appropriate experience in the integration of software with control systems
• Experience of fault finding on electrical and electronic systems
• Good general engineering understanding and knowledge
• An aptitude for problem solving and the ability to develop solutions for complex problems
• Effective communicator at both a technical and project level to all stakeholders  
• Excellent organisation skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
