Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for skilled Work Coaches who will provide 121 support to job seekers who have mental health and other barriers to employment.

You will manage a fluctuating caseload of customers, completing diagnostics and regular reviews to ensure each customer progresses on their journey in to work.  You will manage, overcome, and address lack of skills, confidence and any new barriers which arise. You will have previous experience in setting and reviewing SMART targets and be skilled in working with customers with profound barriers to work.

You will work with job seekers to identify and apply for vacancies, you will support throughout the application, interview, and initial 6 months in post to ensure each new role sustains and the job seeker and employer receive ongoing support.  You will work closely with community mental health teams to ensure additional support is offered when needed.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. You will also have access to your own vehicle as this role will be based across the region.
