Finance Administrator
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday – Friday 9 – 5.30
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
My client is looking for an experienced Finance professional to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be the support function for the Accounting team with various finance administrative tasks day to day - No day will be the same.
You will be joining a fantastic team, working for a successful communications business where there is room to progress and grow.
The Role:
This role may suit a finance assistant or administrator looking for the next step up, to gain more exposure into the accounting team. You will have experience of working previously within an accounting function and will also be confident in reporting.
A finance and accounting background of at least a couple years is ideally what we are looking for
An AAT qualification or similar would be greatly advantageous
You will be dealing with the following in the role:
You must be strong with Excel

- Supporting clients with queries
- Reconciliation
- Supporting with commissions and ensuring this is recorded and maintained accurately
- Data analysis
- Reporting
- Supporting with sales made by the business
- Supporting with new account openings
You must be strong with Excel
