We are committed to enhancing people's lives and the environment through innovative power management solutions. As a Technical Author, you'll play a crucial role in creating comprehensive documentation that spans planning, installation, operation, and maintenance of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Documentation Production: Create detailed technical documentation covering various aspects such as planning, installation, operation, and maintenance of our products, adhering to specific deadlines and project plans.

• Tender Response Assistance: Support the business by contributing to tender response documentation, including compliance statements, product specifications, and datasheets, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

• Illustration and Rendering: Utilize Solidworks to generate illustrations and rendered images that complement and enhance the technical documentation.

• MRP System Familiarization: Learn and navigate our local MRP system proficiently to lookup part numbers and comprehend Bill of Materials (BOMs) for documentation purposes.

• CAD Utilization: Use AutoCAD and Visio as necessary to draft circuit diagrams and layouts of our products, aiding in the visualization of technical information.

• Assembly and Wiring Documentation: Understand and document assembly and wiring practices, ensuring clarity and accuracy in the documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical Writing Expertise: Proven ability to produce comprehensive technical documentation in a clear and understandable manner.

• Illustration and Rendering Skills: Proficiency in generating illustrations and rendered images using Solidworks.

• MRP System Understanding: Capability to learn and utilize the MRP system for part number lookup and BOM comprehension.

• CAD Proficiency: Experience using AutoCAD and Visio for drawing circuit diagrams and product layouts.

• Understanding of Assembly and Wiring: Ability to comprehend and document assembly and wiring practices accurately.
