Service Delivery Leader

Hours: 40 hours per week, 4 on 3 off (50% days/50% nights, 7am-5.30pm & 7pm-5.30am)

Job Role:

• Support management of Depot Movements by acting as the PICoTM and DP
• To assist the Depot Manager in ensuring all areas of the business are kept up to date
• To deputise for the Depot manager during times of leave.
• Contractor Management and issue of permits to work
• Drive Depot/continuous Improvement innovations
• Maintain and manage Depot HSEQ Requirements
• Support Stores Management including weekly stock checks
• Act as key contact for site and customer for problem solving outside normal office hours
• To act as cover role for the TRI contractual coverage when required in line with the TRI JD
• To act as cover for overnight servicing within competency (when TRI cover not needed) '' covering for Team leaders or fitting staff.
• To support the Training and Competence team with local assessments and training of Cambridge staff members.
• To lead, support, motivate and work with the members of the maintenance teams to achieve the set production targets as well as identify and implement best practice and operational efficiencies.
• To communicate and participate in planning across other Departments, enabling stronger team cohesion and more effective working across the Depot.
• To ensure trains are maintained cleaned and serviced safely to agreed quality standards to meet the operational requirements for both ATC and its Customers.
• To act as Key contact for site and customer problem solving.

Key Skills Required:

• Good standard of education, minimum apprentice trained CI Fitter / Electrician
• BTEC in Engineering
• NVQ Level 3 certificate in Engineering - Rail Traction & Rolling Stock preferred
• Competence Assessor A1 / A2 trained or working towards
• Full PTS, DP, PICoTM, FLT licence
