Work Coach - Ex-Offenders

Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a self motivated Work Coach who will support, motivate and develop the skills of ex-offenders to ensure their transition back in to society and ultimately securing sustainable employment.

Working with male/female ex-offenders who present with multiple barriers to life and work. You will support participants across all aspects of their everyday lives to encourage them to gain new skills and to break down personal barriers to work/learning. You will manage a fluctuating caseload across everything from accommodation, substance misuse, personal finances,  skills, and a host of other intervention.

You will have previous experience working in a similar role, supporting customers with barriers to life, learning and community, ideally with experience working with offenders/ex offenders. You will manage your caseload effectively through clear, supportive communication and the setting of SMART targets and you will be skilled in working to monthly KPI’s and targets.
