Learning & Development Manager

Location – London, hybrid working available.

Salary - 55-60k plus 10% bonus.

About you.

• Having a proven track record within a manufacturing environment, preferably this will be food manufacturing.
• Technical expertise on blending learning solutions, including digital learning platforms.
• Background in managing and developing teams of trainers and apprentices.
• Proficiency in authoring tools.
• Effective multi-tasking, project management and overall relationship management.

Your next mission.

• You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing training programs to elevate performance and standards.
• Cultivate a robust learning culture.
• Manage a team of 3 people across training and compliance.
• Collaborate on projects cross functionally.
• Manage the digital learning platform and external L&D relationships.
