Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 - £33,500 Full Time, Permanent
Location: Waterloo, Liverpool (Office based, Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week)
We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join an industry leading, award winning care provider based in Waterloo, looking to invest heavily in their marketing department and strategy, with some ambitious and exciting growth plans for 2024 and beyond.
This role requires an experienced organised, proactive, and confident candidate, looking to join an energetic and successful team. The ideal candidate will be confident in their ability and therefore able to assist a network of franchise businesses with implementing and monitoring their local marketing activities. Your responsibilities will be diverse and will include promotional planning and reporting on PPC campaigns, content creation, website development and social media management.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the administration of our local and national marketing plans, with excellent planning and attention to detail to ensure activities are tightly controlled and key stakeholders are both involved and well informed
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Use and understand data to track and analyse campaign performance on a regular basis
- Supporting Right at Home to identify and make continuous improvements to our marketing strategy and measure return on investment
- Planning, implementing and managing social media campaigns, whilst constantly analysing and reporting on campaign effectiveness
- Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting
- Building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure campaigns land effectively across the business
- Supporting franchise owners to set up, manage and analyse digital campaigns across multiple channels
- Support franchise owners with using a range of reporting tools and updating website content
- Occasional travel will be required across our UK franchise network to provide in person support via coaching and/or workshops. Attendance to our annual conference and stakeholder meetings with delivery partners will also be required. Travel and accommodation will be fully expensed
Requirements:
- Strong digital marketing experience (minimum 3 years) with the ability to demonstrate great commercial results through a range of campaigns
- Excellent eye for detail and highly analytical approach to activity
- Able to effectively prioritise when working under pressure
- Excellent working knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to write and proof Ad copy, ensuring content complies with brand guidelines, tone and key messaging
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage challenges on a day-to-day basis
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels within the business
- Ability to prioritise and adapt quickly with flexibility towards tasks
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Holds a basic understanding of SEO
Highly desirable but not essential:
- Knowledge of using Adobe software including InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop
- Experience using enterprise CRM platforms
- Management of regional or national campaigns
- Use of Google products including Analytics, Google Ads, Data Studio Report and Tag Manager
- Marketing related, higher level qualification
