Step Teachers are currently looking for a part-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant to cover Tuesdays in an excellent secondary educational setting to work with young adults with additional needs to gain confidence and skills. 

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning activities within a dynamic educational setting. Your responsibilities will include leading small groups, providing one-to-one support, and collaborating with teaching staff to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

Key Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent

• Proven experience in a similar role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt to various classroom settings

• Passion for fostering a positive learning environment
