Job Description:

Are you an experienced and highly skilled Personal Assistant looking for an immediate full-time role in a school environment? We have the perfect opportunity for you! One of our client schools in Tower Hamlets is looking for a PA to the headteacher ASAP. The school is a lovely all-girls’ school with high standards and expectations.

Position: Personal Assistant to Headteacher
Type: Full-time, Immediate Start (initial few months)
Location: Tower Hamlets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in all interactions.
  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage the Headteacher's schedule, appointments, and commitments.
  • Office Professional: Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
  • PA Experience in School: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • High Level in ICT: Proficient in Information and Communication Technology, with advanced skills in Email and Excel.
  • Record Keeping: Create and update records with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Minute Taking: Capture accurate and concise meeting minutes during various school-related sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in an educational setting.
  • High proficiency in ICT tools, including Email and Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

£12- £15 per hour based on experience.
