Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the Headteacher's diary, ensuring appointments and meetings are scheduled seamlessly.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence to the highest standard.
• Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
• Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Headteacher's office.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably within an educational setting.
• Ideally, possess a degree or relevant qualification.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
