Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
£46,116 + EAL Level 3 course to gain electrical qualification + £5,000 uplift on salary after 12 months -taking it to - £51,1116
Monday – Friday 3-shift (6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-6am rotating)
I am recruiting for a globally recognised company who have over 400 employees on site with a maintenance team of 26 heads. They are only recruiting for a maintenance engineer due to retirement and their staff retention is one of the best in the area. They have a full order book, thousands of pounds worth of training where you will complete an optional Up-skilling course (EAL level 3 in electrical) which will also give you an up-lift of £5,000 on your salary taking it to over £50,000 Monday – Friday only. Optional weekend overtime paid at x1.5 on a Saturday and double time on a Sunday, some engineers are clearing £60,000 a year without working Fri/Sat/Sun nights. This really is an incredible opportunity.

Experience needed for the maintenance engineer:
- 5 years + working as a mechanically biased maintenance engineer
- Must be time served/apprenticeship served level 3

- Exp. within fast paced manufacturing
- Any maintenance engineer from a manufacturing background encouraged to apply
