Junior Control Systems Engineer 

  Are you a Junior Control Systems Engineer looking for an opportunity to learn and grow within a leading automation and bespoke machinery company?

We have an opportunity for a Junior Control Systems Engineer to join a team going through exponential growth and is keen to learn about Electrical Design, PLCs, and Commissioning.

This role will see you working in a modern, friendly environment, as part of the engineering team, providing design and engineering support for the delivery of large and small process plant, special-purpose machines, and industrial equipment projects.

What will you do?

On the path to a more senior role through a formal training and development programme you will progress to a Senior Control Systems Engineer who will report to the Electric and Control Systems Manager. You will provide design and pre-commissioning\set-up of plant instrumentation, networks, systems, and motion control. System testing up to and including Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), including testing and commissioning documentation, then onsite systems commissioning, Site Acceptance Test (SAT), and handover to the client.

What do you need to be considered for our Junior Control Systems Engineer role?

• Engineering degree/apprenticeship in a related subject
• Some experience in a Control Systems/Electrical Design role
• A passion for learning and developing in a Control Systems Environment
