We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN 121 Teaching Assistant to join a reputable school in the Breckland area. This temporary role requires immediate availability to support two students with unique needs, offering a rewarding opportunity to positively impact their educational journey.

Position: SEN 121 Teaching Assistant Location: Breckland Area Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:

• Providing one-to-one support to two students with EHCP.
• Supporting a male student with behavioural challenges and a female student experiencing anxiety related to attending school.
• Assisting with academic tasks, fostering social skills, and providing emotional support as needed.
• Collaborating with teachers and SENCO to implement individualized support plans.
• Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Experience working with students with SEN, particularly those with behavioural challenges and anxiety.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning styles.
• Relevant qualifications or training in SEN education or related fields.
