Step Teachers are seeking a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher to join their dynamic team in April 2024. The successful Geography Teacher will have the opportunity to contribute to the academy's mission of delivering high-quality education and shaping the future of the students. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons in Geography to students of various ages and abilities (Planning is not required for this role)
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic achievement and personal growth.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to enhance student learning experiences.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individualized learning goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as a Geography Teacher in UK mainstream schools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for education, with a commitment to inspiring and motivating students.
