Are you a Maintenance Manager with experience in manufacturing and leading a maintenance team within an industrial environment?

Can you evidence implementation and development of PPM Systems?

Have you been through an apprenticeship yourself and grown your career organically?

Do you want to join a business who’ve been here for a long time and are going places?

If so, read on…

We are a global leader in our field, well established with a rich heritage. With operating in different markets our risks are minimised for any downturn in industries. We’ve been trading for well over 50 years in the UK and will be here for the long term.

You’ll be looking after a team of five multi-skilled engineers and contractors.

The role, as well as Maintenance Management and team development, will have some project management in to support LEAN Manufacturing. You’ll be handed the reigns to the department and with that the autonomy to make changes to improve efficiencies in line with our business goals.

You’ll need to work closely with the production team for continuous improvement, the two go hand in hand so good communication is key.

What do we need?

  • You to have experience as an industrial Maintenance Manager within manufacturing.
  • Heavy focus on health and safety and compliance.
  • A time served apprenticeship or a degree.

The right attitude to lead a small maintenance operation and be the key link between maintenance and production is just as important as experience
