Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and significant experience in primary education, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A clear understanding of current educational trends, policies, and best practices.
• The ability to inspire and motivate others, and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a positive outlook, especially in times of change and challenge.
