Engineering Supervisor Role Overview:

As our Engineering Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a team of Maintenance Engineers and collaborating with the project engineering team. Your focus will be on the maintenance of bakery machinery and production lines, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the success of our global business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of skilled Maintenance Engineers.

Collaborate with the project engineering team to drive innovation and efficiency.

Effectively manage workflow and team resources to optimize productivity.

Conduct maintenance on bakery machinery and equipment, including fault finding using PLC's '' HMI interface.

Thrive in a high-pressure manufacturing environment, handling both reactive and PPM maintenance.

Desired Experience:

Proven experience in team management and leadership within a fast-paced setting.

Motivational skills with a talent for team building and upskilling.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proficiency in working with PLC's such as Siemens & Mitsubishi.

Background in plant machinery maintenance, ideally within the FMCG sector.

Experience in volume manufacturing.
