As the Instrumentation Team Leader, you'll be at the helm of a talented and driven team, overseeing all aspects of production to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise in electro-mechanical assembly, PCB modifications, and mechanical assembly will be instrumental in driving success.

Key Responsibilities for Production Team Leader:

  • Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Plan and manage resources effectively to meet production demands, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Proactively address production quality issues, implementing solutions to uphold our stringent standards.
  • Provide comprehensive training on processes to new hires and junior team members, nurturing talent within the organization.

Requirements for Production Team Leader:

  • Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly, PCB modifications, and mechanical assembly, ideally within the medical device industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving shared goals.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effectively liaising with cross-functional teams.

Benefits for Production Team Leader; 

  • Salary between £38,000 - £44,000, depending on experience.
  • 25 days annual leave. 
  • Private healthcare.
