We are currently working with a highly established manufacturing business seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer to join their team. As a leading provider in their industry, they specialize in delivering high-quality products to their clients, ensuring satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail and timely project completion.

The Role: As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in liaising with esteemed clientele, managing projects ranging from small to large-scale, with values spanning from a few thousand pounds to over a million pounds. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately interpret their clients' requirements and ensure that the company consistently delivers exceptional products on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare essential documentation such as Quality Plans and Engineering Procedures to uphold our standards of excellence.
  • Coordinate the manufacturing process for each project, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, providing them with the necessary information to carry out their respective duties.
  • Collaborate closely with production, design, welding engineers, and inspection teams to streamline project workflows.
  • Develop comprehensive production plans and compile contract files to maintain project integrity and organization.

About You: The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • In-depth knowledge of Process Equipment, Pressure Vessels, and Heat Exchangers.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in project engineering.
  • Familiarity with Quality Systems, particularly ISO9001 standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software for drafting and design purposes.
  • Prior experience working with ASME, PD5500, and EN13445 pressure vessel codes.
