Step Teachers is working with a primary school based in the heart of Edmonton, looking for a KS1 Class Teacher to join the team 3 days per week, starting as soon as possible. 

As part of a Church of England trust, the school is dedicated to fostering resilience, fostering friendships, and nurturing hope. The successful KS1 Class Teacher will embrace and promote these core values.

As a KS1 Class Teacher your position: 

  • Strong  KS1 & KS2 knowledge

  • Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed 

  • Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable 

  • Ability to assess and report on your students when required 

  • Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons 

  • Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively  

To be considered for the KS1 Class Teacher role you will: 

  • Hold QTS or the equivalent of 

  • Have recent mainstream school-based experience  

  • Have good knowledge of KS1 & KS2 curriculum
