Key Responsibilities for this Maintenance Engineer role: 
As a Maintenance Engineer on the night shift, your primary role is to ensure the seamless operation of our factory by swiftly addressing breakdowns and executing planned maintenance activities. You will play a vital part in driving site improvements, introducing new machinery, and optimizing hygiene, quality, and overall performance. Your daily tasks will encompass both reactive and proactive maintenance, maintaining the highest standards across our entire factory.

Essential Qualifications for this Maintenance Engineer role: 
- Apprentice trained in a related engineering discipline (Electrical or Mechanical)
- NVQ3/ONC/HNC in a related engineering discipline (Electrical or Mechanical)

Knowledge & Experience needed for this Maintenance Engineer role: 
- Essential experience in engineering within a food production environment
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Awareness of TPM methodology, safe systems of working, LOTO, PUWER, Permit control
- Qualifications in HACCP and GMP
