About the Role:

  • Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Location: Breckland District, Norfolk
  • Role Focus: Support within SRB Class
  • Responsibilities: Assisting small groups and occasional one-on-one support
  • Collaboration: Working closely with students who also attend mainstream classes
  • Duration: Full-time, Long-term role starting April 2024

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience working in an SEN educational setting is must
  • Qualifications: A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping students succeed
  • Adaptability: Ability to support diverse learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive learning environment
