Job Description:
Position: Sales Director
Location: Park Royal area, commutable from Monday to Friday with occasional customer visits
Company: A renowned company specializing in high-end luxury food products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small team of 5 managers to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth across both branded and private label product lines.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Utilize market insights and industry knowledge to identify trends and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with brand objectives.
- Provide regular performance analysis and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the luxury food industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team of sales professionals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Flexibility to commute to Park Royal and visit customers as needed.
Salary: Competitive salary of approximately £70k, commensurate with experience.
