Fulfilment Manager

Altrincham Area - Free parking on site.
Office based - Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm (35 hour working week) 

I am representing a forward-thinking client who are currently using technology to really drive innovation within their sector to create a positive impact on the community and also the environment. Due to continued growth this client is seeking a Supervisor to join their Order Fulfilment team on a permanent basis.

When I met with this company I was instantly impressed with the warm, friendly manner of all staff from top to bottom. This role will be working to ensure that the department is working efficiently, quickly and that processes are fit for purpose. The role will involve allocating work, liaising with internal departments to make sure that the customer receives the best possible service in a timely fashion. This department is very busy with 50 to 100 orders per day coming through which need to be validated and then allocated to team members.

This is a real opportunity to review the departments activity and implement new processes to improve efficiency. The company is open to ideas and actively encourages staff to think of new ways to work. They are seeking an applicant who thrives within a process driven environment and enjoys making changes for the better.

This role would suit someone who is very tenacious, positive, enjoys assessing processes and improving them, likes to work towards deadlines and is able to manage a small team or have the willingness to learn and take on more responsibilities.
