Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000 £25,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 Hours a day
Location: Officed based, North Liverpool

Your Role as the Fleet Administrator:

  • Fleet Coordination: Efficiently organise the collection and delivery of our fleet vehicles, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Admin Support: Provide essential administrative support to the office manager, contributing to streamlined workflows.
  • Check-in and Check-out: Conduct thorough check-in and check-out procedures to maintain vehicle quality and records.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Facilitate necessary repairs and servicing of vehicles, ensuring they're always road-ready.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Arrange essential vehicle plate updates with local councils, keeping us compliant and operational.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in Fleet Administration is desirable.
  • IT Proficiency: Excellent IT skills to navigate modern tools and systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
