 Key Information:

• 15 mins appts includes telephone, face to face.
• Fully staffed with extra support of pharmacist and physiotherapist.
• Clinical System: System one
• Fully support to become GP trainer or F2 Supervisor

 Benefits:

• Salary range: £11K - £11.7K (Depending on experience)
• Available up to 15 sessions
