What will you be responsible for as their newly appointed NPI Engineer?

  • Tasked with delivering manufacturing and production solutions aligned with engineering specifications
  • Upholding compliance of manufacturing procedures with applicable policies and protocols.
  • Adhering to design principles for efficient assembly and manufacturing.
  • Conducting Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for manufacturing and production processes.
  • Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and procurement specifications.
  • Travelling to international clients to support with the integration 

What we need to see from you to be considered for the NPI Engineer?

  • You will have worked on New Product Introduction within an engineering and manufacturing environment and have a proven track record of successful execution 
  • Confidently able to communicate and liaise with clients on technical requirements 
  • Solid understanding of DFM and Production Engineering requirements 
  • Continuous Improvement extraordinaire!
