Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Skills Development Tutor with a specialism in the Insurance industry (commercial & personal) who is looking for a new challenge to train, mentor and develop the next generation of insurance experts.

You will work with apprentices who are embarking on their journey, you will support learners to develop their Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours linked to their work-related activities and 121 support for the CII Certificate and/or Diploma exams (CII Professional Qualification).

You will have experience mentoring and training staff members in their role, you will plan and design face-to-face and digital training to enhance knowledge and skills across the curriculum. You will have at least 3 years industry experience and extensive coaching skills. 

Due to the nature of this role, you will need to undertake an enhanced DBS check and there will be regular travel across the region so access to your own vehicle is essential.
