About the Role: As a Reception Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of young learners. You will inspire, motivate, and engage children in their early years of schooling, fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. The successful candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create innovative and inclusive lesson plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to students and parents/guardians.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and achievement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience teaching in Reception or early years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
