Client Manager
Manchester City Centre
£29,000 to £35,000 dependant on experience.
Monday to Friday – 36.25 hours across a flexible working environment.
Office based for 40% of the month, 60% WFH (full time office based whilst in probation)

This role is designed for someone who is passionate about customer services and enjoys following a clear process. This role is very process driven.

You can be L4 qualified or keen to obtain this qualification as the company are happy to put the right person through the training. This is a certified role so it is a must that you have the qualification or are happy to gain the qualification.
 
You will be required to provide excellent customer service to clients. The role is to establish, maintain and develop strong relationships and identify new business opportunities through these relationships.
