 As the Production Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our assembly operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the assembly process, guiding a small team of dedicated assemblers, and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities for the Production Team Leader: 

• Lead and supervise a team of assemblers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
• Plan and organize daily production schedules, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and customer demands effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate assembly processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery, ensuring proper maintenance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance and engineering, to address issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements for the Production Team Leader:

• Previous experience in assembly within an engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in leadership or supervisory roles.
