An outstanding secondary school in Camden are looking for a qualified Physics Teacher to join their school on full-time long term contract with possibility to go permanent from April 2024. 

The Role

In this role you will be teaching Physics KS5. You will join a supportive and dynamic Science Department which benefit from the school’s Mathematics & Science Specialism with 15 modern and well-equipped laboratories. Computers in multiple laboratories and mobile wireless laptops with data-logging facilities places the Science Department at the cutting edge of science information technology. 

This is full-time position starting in April 2024. ECT induction can be provided within this role.

The school are looking for a teacher with the following:

• Qualified Teacher Status - optional
• Science Specialism (Physics)
• A proactive and engaging teaching approach
• Understanding of the requirements for high-quality teaching
• Ability to use ICT effectively
• Ability to fulfil the requirements of a Form Tutor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to people at all levels
• Excellent administration skills and the ability to meet deadlines
