Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £46,100 - £52,000 DOE

Location: Birmingham

Shift's: Multiple shift patterns available:

4 on 4 off days - £46,000

4 on 4 off days and nights - £48,000

4 on 4 off nights - £52,000

Orion are currently working with an innovative business in the metal works industry. They are currently seeking experienced an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Birmingham.

Electrical Maintenance Responsibilities:

As a Electrical Maintenance engineer, you will be required to: 

• Conduct maintenance and repair activities on electrical systems with a focus on ladder logic
• Electrical fault finding.
• Reactive & Preventative maintenance
• Working on 3 phase circuits
• Read and interpret drawings. 

Experience/Knowledge:

We're looking for Electrical Maintenance Engineers with the below:

• 3 years post apprenticeship experience.
• Experience in a heavy industrial environment.
• Maintenance experience with heavy industrial, plant equipment and machinery.
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, components, and principles.
• Qualification in Mechanical Engineering (NVQ/BTEC)
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to Mechanical Maintenance.
